Understanding the nature of tea and choosing suitable tea
People have physique and tea is tea-like. Understanding tea is helpful for us to choose suitable tea for ourselves. Tea quality is determined by the degree of fermentation in the process of tea production. The lower the degree of fermentation, the greater the cold; the higher the degree of fermentation, the greater the temperature. The non-fermented green tea is cold, the fully fermented black tea and black tea are warm, and the re-fermented oolong tea and old white tea are between green tea and black tea.
What kinds of cool tea do you have?

Tieguanyin and Dahongpao are well-known Oolong tea varieties. Yellow tea is similar to green tea, but its taste is mellow and thicker than green tea. White tea is also a kind of cool tea, but the taste of old white tea after seven or eight years is more perfect.
What kinds of warm tea do you have?
Pu'er tea is mild and mellow. It has the functions of warming stomach, lowering blood pressure and lowering blood lipid. Long-term drinking is effective in alleviating atherosclerosis and preventing cardiovascular diseases. Black tea is also a fully fermented tea with strong aroma, but not as strong as green tea stimulation.
How to Choose Tea Suitable for Yourself
Green tea is generally the best drink in summer, with cooling and heat dissipation effect. In winter, other tea, such as black tea and Pu'er ripe tea, is relatively warm, but also relatively stomach-nourishing. People with hot and dry constitution should drink more cold tea, such as green tea, while those with cold constitution should drink some warm tea, such as black tea, black tea, Pu'er and so on.
